Longines has added a titanium and bronze-cased model to its retro-styled Legend Diver collection that will age as a unique patina develops on the metal’s surface.

“Bronze is a living material whose fascination lies in its warm colour and natural patina that changes and becomes more beautiful with time, making each timepiece unique,” the brands says.

Ivy-green lacquer-dialed watches come with a choice of fabric or brown leather strap.

The 42mm automatics come without a date window, making them more in keeping with dive watches of the 1960s.

They are sold with Longines’ five-year warranty.
